Here are some handy Bluebeam Revu shortcuts and tips for managing files, including saving, editing, deleting, and renaming:
1. Save Files
Save As: Ctrl + Shift + S
Save the file with a new name or in a different location.2. Edit Files
Undo: Ctrl + Z
Undo the last action.
Redo: Ctrl + Y
Redo the last undone action.
Select All: Ctrl + A
Select everything on the document for edits.
Edit Markup Properties:
Select the markup, then press Alt + P to open the Properties tab.3. Delete Files
Delete Markups:
Select the markup, then press Delete.
Delete File from Tab Bar:
Right-click on the file tab, select Close, or press Ctrl + W.
This doesn’t delete the file, just closes it from view.
Delete a Page from the Document:
Go to Thumbnails Panel (Alt + T), right-click the page you want to delete, and select Delete Pages.4. Rename Files
Rename a File:
You can rename files in your Windows file explorer outside of Bluebeam or within the File Access panel:
In File Access (Ctrl + F), right-click on the file, choose Rename, and enter the new name.5. Other Useful Shortcuts
Create a New PDF File: Ctrl + N
Open a File: Ctrl + O
Print: Ctrl + P
Rotate Page (Clockwise): Ctrl + Shift + +
Rotate Page (Counterclockwise): Ctrl + Shift + –
Zoom In: Ctrl + =
Zoom Out: Ctrl + –
Full-Screen Mode: F116. Organize Files
Split View: Ctrl + 2 (two files side by side) or Ctrl + H (horizontal split)
Combine PDFs:
Go to File > Combine or drag and drop files into the main window to combine them.7. Navigating Pages
Next Page: Page Down
Previous Page: Page Up
First Page: Home
